2. Service Scope & Prohibited Items

Our service provides professional removal, hauling, and ethical disposal of secondary materials. We strictly prohibit the handling of hazardous waste, including but not limited to: wet paint, combustible chemicals, bio-hazardous materials, and pressurized containers. Identification of such items on-site will result in immediate exclusion from the load.

3. On-Site Quoting Policy

Pricing is determined by the total volume occupied within our collection bin. While we provide digital estimations, the final binding quote is only established upon arrival and professional assessment of the cargo. Payment is due upon successful loading before the departure of the recovery team.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Midgard Junk Removal LLC operates with maximum care; however, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage obscured by junk or debris. Owners are encouraged to document the site prior to removal and ensure all valuable assets are cleared from the removal path to avoid incidental contact during transport.
