1. Services Provided
Securing a booking with Midgard Junk Removal LLC confirms your acceptance of these listed conditions.
2. Pricing & Estimates
Initial quotes given before arrival are non-binding. Final costs are established on-site by our team based on how much space your items occupy in our vehicle and total labor needed. Work only commences once you authorize the definitive on-site project estimate provided by our staff.
3. Payment Terms
Settlement is required in full promptly after service completion, before our team departs. We currently accept cash, major credit cards, or checks from local banks.
4. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a $25 fee. No-shows or refusals upon arrival result in a $50 trip charge. If we must cancel due to safety or weather, we will offer priority rescheduling or a refund. Customer must ensure safe access and no hazardous materials.
